You will discover how to access grants of up to 500,000 euros, which can support you in participating in fairs, exhibitions, and significant entrepreneurial missions. These opportunities offer a launchpad to make your brand shine worldwide.

To obtain these subsidized financings to participate in international events, Italian companies with legal and operational headquarters in the country must meet specific requirements. For example, for requests under 150,000 euros, it is necessary to have filed at least one financial statement for a complete previous fiscal year. For requests over 150,000 euros, two financial statements for previous complete fiscal years are required. Additionally, the company must fall within the classification from 1 to 9 according to the credit scoring of the Guarantee Fund.

The incentive is intended for investments aimed at participating in international events, including virtual ones, such as fairs, exhibitions, and business missions. These events must promote Italian goods and services or those under an Italian brand. You can consider up to three initiatives, even in different countries, for your investment plan.

Expenses that can be considered to obtain these incentives include:

• Expenses for the exhibition area.
• Logistic expenses.
• Promotional expenses.
• Consultancy expenses related to event participation.
• Digital expenses connected to participation.
• Consultancy expenses related to environmental compliance.
• Consultancy expenses linked to the presentation and management of the incentive request.

The incentive consists of subsidized financing with the following details:

• Fixed rate at 0.464% (10% of the EU reference rate) until July 2023.
• Maximum duration of 4 years, including 2 years of pre-amortization.
• Disbursement occurs in two tranches, with a required guarantee percentage based on the amount of the loan.

Loan applications can be submitted through the Simest Financing Portal. Applications are evaluated in chronological order of submission. Starting at 9:00 AM on July 27, 2023, you will be able to submit your request.
