This guide will provide you with a comprehensive overview of how to access funding of up to 500,000 euros for the temporary insertion of a Temporary Manager.

Eligible investments involve the temporary insertion of a Temporary Manager for projects in technological, digital, or ecological innovation to support the internationalization of the company. The Temporary Manager will be governed by a Temporary Management Contract concluded with a third-party service company.

Expenses covered by the incentive include the professional services of the Temporary Manager, marketing and promotion activities, corporate digital development, organizational and management models, product/service innovation, and environmental compliance checks.

The incentive translates into subsidized financing with a fixed rate of 0.464% (10% of the EU reference rate) and a maximum duration of 4 years, including 2 years of pre-amortization. Disbursement occurs in two tranches, and the guarantee percentage varies based on the Scoring class of the Applicant Company. Additionally, some companies with specific characteristics can request a non-repayable grant of up to 10% of the amount of the facilitated intervention.
