Description of the Program
This program focuses on two main objectives:
- Opening of New Facilities: It allows for the initiation of new facilities in foreign countries where they are not already present, excluding the opening of stores and focusing on different spaces such as showrooms, offices, and commercial areas.
- Enhancement and/or Replacement of Existing FacilitiesIt enables the enhancement of existing facilities, for example, by opening new, larger facilities in place of the existing ones or expanding non-commercial facilities, in addition to adding staff dedicated to tasks not strictly related to sales.
Grant and Subsidized Financing
The maximum amount of the aid is determined by the lesser of 35% of the average revenue from the last two balance sheets or amounts defined in a table, with a minimum amount of €10,000. This financing can be requested either as a loan or as co-financing, with different limits depending on the size of the company. It is important to respect the maximum exposure limit to the fund, which is 35% of the average revenues of the last two balance sheets.
Beneficiaries
All companies, particularly Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, can access this program. Co-financing of up to 10% of the aid amount is recognized for SMEs with environmental or sustainability certifications, young or female entrepreneurs, with an export turnover quota of at least 20%, innovative, or with interests in the Western Balkans.
The subsidized interest rate is determined based on the percentage of the reference rate and remains fixed for the entire duration of the loan.
Eligible Expenses
Eligible expenses include investments for the facility, personnel costs operating exclusively abroad for non-sales tasks, staff travel, training, specialized consulting, promotional activities, and other expenses related to the implementation of the program.
